Anne Paape serves as Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel of Cresset Trust Company. In this role, she advises the trust company in all aspects of trust, fiduciary, regulatory, and legislative matters. She also serves as a Wealth Strategist and works alongside Cresset’s Wealth Advisory team to provide internal guidance to clients in the areas of estate, gift, trust, and wealth transfer. Anne leverages over 20 years of experience as a trust and estate attorney.
Anne previously served as Partner at a large Minneapolis-based law firm, where her practice included high net-worth estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, closely held business succession planning, tax controversies, and trust and estate litigation.
She is actively engaged with a variety of civic and charitable organizations including the Guthrie Theater, Juxtaposition Arts, and 21/64.
